Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Ultra Game, we want you to be fully satisfied with your sports gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that customized jerseys and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
